Heavy Exile has A str. And Murakumo has S Sharp dex. It won't be stronger than the Exile until you have a quite high dex. This is way slower and shorter foot shuffling than the DS2 Murakumo. Exile suffers from Short and Stout syndrome where it's heavier and has shorter range than other CGSs but it's still great for any situation. I might also suggest stacking on some poise because a CGS is a great hyper armor weapon even for PVE.
