The exceptions are priests (Priest, High Priest and Archpriest) and Taskmasters from Sepermeru (Journeyman, Apprentice, Master).Now every named armorer can provide you one, you don’t need a purge armorer for this anymore. 2nd. What I'd recommend is find a route of camps with crafter spawns in them and keep wiping them out until you get what you're looking for.
